I’m Louise, a mom of two.  I'm a birth and postpartum doula and childbirth educator.

I am also certified as a VBAC doula which is something that I have personal experience with and am very passionate about. 

Following my own pregnancy and birth experiences. I fell in love with birth and how amazing women are and our capabilities. This led me to train with Doulacare Ireland (now Academy) as a Birth and Postpartum Doula.

I want to support mothers/parents and their families to have a positive birth, whatever that looks like to them, where they feel in control of their birth experience and heard. Allowing them to begin motherhood fully supported, physically and emotionally.

I adore everything pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It is one of the most amazing and challenging journeys a person can experience and I am so lucky to be able to be a small part of that journey whether its prenatal yoga and birth preparation, during the birth itself or after during that postpartum period.

I truly feel that it is a privilege to be invited into this space and support families at this incredible time.
