I attended DoulaCare Ireland’s VBAC Class with Mary Tighe and learned so much about the options available to people preparing for vaginal birth after caesarean in Ireland. Mary’s class went through all of the stats around VBAC - promoting informed decision-making. She also looked at preparing for labour and birth, comfort measures for early labour, how to build your supportive team and so much more. It was amazing to feel the sense of the unknown change to excitement as the class went on!

I would highly recommend this training to any birth worker who has a passion for supporting VBAC births.”
