Mary and Jen have worked as successful doulas in Ireland for many years and have both run their own individual solo businesses - building them up from scatch when starting out on their doula paths. Mary worked as a sole trader and juggled a PAYE job at the same time for a number of years, before being able to choose to focus on her doula business. Jen went all in from the start and built up a very busy doula business. They are both familiar with the ups and downs of running a business and juggling other commitments with their work (which many women have to manage). They love talking about bulding businesses and want to help doulas in Ireland grow and develop - we want to help you build your business and help you do the work that you love to do.
We can help you to identify roadblocks on your journey, discuss how you can develop and grow your business sustainably (without burning out), motivate and encourage you!!

With extensive experience in building solo businesses and navigating the paperwork and requirements of running a professional practice, we are here to help you succeed.
Both of us have grown our businesses while managing other work and family commitments, and we understand the unique challenges that come with it. Over the years, we've encountered and overcome many common issues in business management, such as imposter syndrome and the overwhelming admin tasks. Now, we want to share our insights and systems with you.
