Hi there, my name is Elif and I trained with DoulaCare Ireland to become a Birth - and Postpartum in 2021. I passionately love the role of a Doula and becoming one myself is a dream come true.

Supporting mothers in a way they wish to, help them to self-advocate and be there for them during their birth journey is a very essential task, which can make such an additional positive impact on mama, baby and their families. It is a privilege and honour to be part of your company if you allow me to.

I'd like to support you in ways which align with your values and do my best to lift you up emotionally, mentally and physically if needed. We will make sure that we move within your birth wishes and it will be my core task to make you feel seen, heard and respected in any situation - including unexpected scenarios which can happen during the birth journey.

Mutual respect, working & assisting within boundaries and kindness are my key values in my work, all within a non-judgemental frame.

For my future as a Doula, I will always be going through additional courses in order to grow further and share the best evidence-based knowledge with you as my client. Furthermore, I am planning to go through specific training to broaden my knowledge and offer deeper support around Breastfeeding/Lactation, Infant Massages and Infant Loss & Bereavement.
