DoulaCare Ireland is the brainchild of Mary Tighe and Jen Crawford. Mary and Jen are two of the most experienced doulas in Ireland and widely known and respected for the work that they do.

In 2016 they decided to join forces and bring their skills and knowledge together to create an all encompassing Doula Agency and Doula training company.

DoulaCare Ireland mentors a team of over 45 doulas across Ireland who support families every step of the way from their fertility, birth and early parenting journey.

Since 2016 DoulaCare have supported hundreds of families and managed a team of doulas across the country. We will bring all our business knowledge and skills to you so you can learn from our years of experience.

We will answer all your questions and give you all the foundations to get your paperwork and business structure in place.

Mary has an extensive background in business. She trained as a doula in 2006 and has built a successful business both as an individual doula and eventually a doula agency owner. Mary also worked in Citizens Information for many years and has huge knowledge of GDPR, Irish Legislation and business law. This training is not to be missed!

Once payment is made we do not offer refunds, you can transfer your fee to another of our DoulaCare trainings.

You do not need to join DoulaCare Ireland Doula Agency in order to take this training (you can work as an independent doula with our agreed level of mentorship and support). Taking our training does not guarantee you a position in our agency. We have a strict application process and, therefore, we only choose those who are the right fit for our team.
