Postpartum Doula, Birth Doula, Antenatal Educator. 

Covering Westmeath, Offaly, Longford, Kildare, Meath & Dublin.  

With over twenty years’ experience working with pregnant couples, new parents, and their newborn babies, I know how magical this time can be. And as a mother of two, I understand the challenges that parenthood can bring. My role is built on trust, respect, compassion, empathy and above to make you feel empowered. Whether it's being part of your birthing experience or welcomed into your home as your Postpartum Doula, it is a true honour to be part of your journey into parenthood.

I offer both day and night time support. 

I have a keen interest in supporting VBAC births.

I am experienced in supporting families with newborn twins, premature babies and working with neurodiverse families. 

I am fully insured, garda vetted and a member of The Doula Association of Ireland (DAI), a volunteer with Cuidiu, hold a cert in Pediatric First Aid, a fantastic cook and always happy to work in a home with pets.
