I cover Cork city and county, as well as some areas of neighbouring counties on request. I have three daughters and it was my experience with my eldest that led me to becoming a birth and postpartum worker. I completed my

birth doula training in 2014 and my postpartum doula training in 2017. I have personal experience of VBAC, after my first birth ended in a caesarean section. I am dedicated to being that extra support for families on their parenting journey as I have experienced the difference it can make after employing the services of a doula for two of my pregnancies.

In my years working as a doula, I feel I have gained a lot of experience supporting families who have had previous difficult or traumatic birth experiences, both in hospital and home birth settings. Every client/family I support provides me with a learning journey, both professionally and personally.
