Nourishing food during your Postpartum recovery

We can often forget ourselves in those early months after baby is born. Life is busy and we are so focused on our little one we often grab food on the go and it is easy to survive on toast and chocolate biscuits!

Nourishing your body with good food will help you in so many ways:

✔️More energy

✔️Better sleep

✔️Balanced emotions

✔️Clear mind (better memory and brain health)

✔️Better breastmilk supply (if you choose tot breastfeed)

Our postpartum doulas can come and batch cook meals and bake yummy home made treats for you, all while you have a lovely nap.

What our out top tips?

✔️Batch cook meals when you can, stock the freezer

✔️Have handy nutritious snacks to grab in a hurry (every balls, granola bars etc)

✔️Buy preprepared vegetables and fruit as quick healthy additions to any meal

✔️Have containers with seeds, nuts and dried fruit by your chair / bed

✔️Stay well hydrated

✔️Get a slow cooker! Batch cooking has never been so easy
